Microdosing for Mental Health Benefits

SEPTEMBER 2, 2021 at 7 P.M. CST | ONLINE VIA ZOOM

There’s a whole lot of hype on the internet right now about mircodosing psychedelic substances to change your brain and behavior patterns! In this class, Dr. Nicole Finkelstein will cut through the noise and help you better understand how you can use naturally grown psilocybin microdosing to improve your mental health symptoms (like anxiety, depression, OCD, and ADHD), while improving mental clarity and focus in everyday life.

In this online class, we will examine: current anecdotal studies & research, how to source and grow your myco-medicine, the legal issues surrounding this controlled substance, contraindications, as well as how to properly dose to achieve your desired goals.

Join us for this informative course as we work to empower you to take charge of your mental health and emotional wellbeing with the cumulative power of microdosing!
