Microdosing for Mental Health Benefits

from $20.00
sold out

SEPTEMBER 2, 2021 at 7 P.M. CST | JOIN VIA ZOOM

There’s a whole lot of hype on the internet right now about mircodosing psychedelic substances to change your brain and behavior patterns! In this class, Dr. Nicole Finkelstein will cut through the noise and help you better understand how you can use naturally grown psilocybin microdosing to improve your mental health symptoms (like anxiety, depression, OCD, and ADHD), while improving mental clarity and focus in everyday life.

In this online class, we will examine: current anecdotal studies & research, how to source and grow your myco-medicine, the legal issues surrounding this controlled substance, contraindications, as well as how to properly dose to achieve your desired goals.

Join us for this informative course as we work to empower you to take charge of your mental health and emotional wellbeing with the cumulative power of microdosing!

$20 for members, $30 for non-members.

Sign-up to become a member to get discount codes for workshops and more.

ABOUT DR. Nicole Finkelstein

Nicole Finkelstein is a Doctor of Oriental Medicine, Licensed Acupuncturist, Master Gardener, and Registered Herbalist who was raised as a naturalist on her family's strawberry farm in rural Ohio. She spent much of her childhood exploring the plant kingdom through foraging, organic gardening, and testing botanical remedies passed down through generations of Appalachian growers. With over a decade of Western and Eastern herbal study, she founded Herban Austin in 2017 -an herb farm in Central Texas where she cultivates botanicals for both medicinal and culinary use.
