Mushroom Walk SATX on Oct. 22nd

from $5.00
sold out

Friday, October 22, 2021. / 4 - 6 pm / Walker Ranch Historical Landmark, San Antonio, TX

San Antonio, we see you! Join Andrew Denny of South Texas Seasonal and Forage.atx from CTMS for a mushroom walk to look for the choice culinary mushroom chicken-of-the-woods (Laetiporus). With the recent rain, we expect to see all types of fruiting bodies.

This event is for people that want to sharpen their ID skills and learn about the fungi queendom. You do not need to be an expert or CTMS member to participate- this is a learning opportunity and the more eyes we have the more we will discover together.

Tickets are limited and are $5 for Members and $10 for non-member.

Family friendly. Kids under 12 are free and must be accompanied by an adult.
