Our farm is located in Mission, Texas; where we grow fresh, gourmet mushrooms for local restaurants and farmer's markets, and we also manufacture mushroom-based products for culinary or medicinal purposes. The business is owned & managed by 3 longtime friends; not formally trained as scientists or mycologists, but very passionate about working with mushrooms and making a positive contribution to the planet.
