We will be at Dove Springs Rec Center with TreeFolks giving away mushroom blocks and trees. Come learn how to use mushroom blocks to help your trees thrive!
Trees and mushroom blocks are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
We are also looking for volunteers to help at the event. Wear your favorite mushroom outfit and sign-up here.

A 24-page interactive zine that turns students into soil superheroes—one mushroom block, wildflower seed, and compost scrap at a time. Includes 6 quests, side quests and recipes!
Recommended for grades 3rd-High School.
This activity zine is made possible through the Healthy Soils, Healthy Trees program, a community science and art initiative exploring the connections between soil health, urban forests, and mycology in Central Texas. Funded by the City of Austin Urban Forestry Grant.
