Learn all about the wellness benefits of mushrooms, how to incorporate them into daily routines, and simple culinary uses.

Participants will receive a “spent” mushroom block from the farm up the street to take home so they can grow their own! Learn how to use them and sign-up to get a truck load of blocks directly from the farm.

Attendance will be limited to the first 50 people that arrive.

About the Instructor

Ezlyh is a mycologist, fiber artist, and mycology educator certified in medicinal mushroom education, she approaches cultivation as a sacred dialogue with the living world. Her work blends science and spiritual ecology, and she often experiments with gourmet and medicinal species at home. Ezlyh fosters curiosity, reverence, and hands-on learning through workshops and outreach.
