Abby Wetzel Presents:
Abby will go over the basics of fermentation and materials needed. Then she will demonstrate how to make kombucha, ginger beer, kvass and sodas. Participants will learn how to make a ginger bug, the starter for ginger beer and the sodas, plus take home a SCOBY. The workshop will end with samples and a Q&A session.
